God's Perfect Will

Surrender is a constant process.

You have to take everything to God. Hold out your hands and say is this in Your will? Which way should I go? Which door do You want me to walk through? And sometimes it’s not the one we were hoping or praying for.

I found this simple yet heartfelt prayer in my prayer box that I wrote several years ago before I was redirected into healing ministry.

𝙏𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙠 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙇𝙤𝙧𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝙤𝙧𝙙𝙚𝙧 𝙢𝙮 𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙥𝙨— 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙨𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚𝙨 𝙬𝙚 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙩𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙖 𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙥 𝙗𝙖𝙘𝙠 𝙤𝙧 𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙥 𝙙𝙤𝙬𝙣 𝙩𝙤 𝙜𝙚𝙩 𝙗𝙖𝙘𝙠 𝙩𝙤 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙛𝙚𝙘𝙩 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡. 𝙃𝙚𝙡𝙥 𝙢𝙚 𝙇𝙤𝙧𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙚𝙣𝙨𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝙄 𝙖𝙢 𝙞𝙣 𝙡𝙤𝙘𝙠𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙥 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡. 𝙄 𝙢𝙖𝙮 𝙗𝙚 𝙨𝙩𝙪𝙘𝙠, 𝙄 𝙢𝙖𝙮 𝙛𝙖𝙡𝙡, 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙄 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙛𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙥 𝙞𝙨 𝙤𝙧𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙗𝙮 𝙔𝙤𝙪. 𝙄 𝙇𝙤𝙫𝙚 𝙔𝙤𝙪, 𝘼𝙢𝙚𝙣

I am so grateful for each of the steps that felt like I was going down or backwards because it lead me to what He created me for!

If you ever feel stuck or like things just haven’t turned out the way you planned, know that you aren’t alone.

It doesn’t matter where you thought you would be, what you thought you would have done by now, or what it looks like to the people watching from the sidelines.

The only thing that matters is if you are taking the steps that He is ordering for you. There is such peace in knowing that God has good plans for you. Realigning priorities may look or feel like a step back, but many times it will catapult you in the right direction. And it may prove you weren’t moving forward simply because you weren’t on the right trajectory.

It’s easy for God to make up time when you’re on the right track.

Whatever decisions or steps you are nervous about taking, talk to Him because He knows the way!

Go where Peace leads you. 🕊

Jesus said “Come” and invited Peter to join Him and supernaturally walk on the deep waters — and he did briefly! Take the risk and step out of the boat like Peter did. However, be sure to keep your eyes on Jesus and trust Him to keep you afloat as you navigate unchartered waters.🤍

▫️Proverbs 16:9
The heart of man plans his way,
but the LORD establishes his steps.

▫️Psalms 37:23-24
The LORD makes firm the steps
of the one who delights in him; though he may stumble, he will not fall, for the LORD upholds him with his hand.
