SESSION CANCELLATION GUIDELINES

Cancellations and/or reschedules made up to 48 hours before a scheduled session via email, text, or phone call are considered acceptable notice. Your session donation will transfer to the rescheduled session date.

There is no refund for a no-show, the payment will be considered a donation to the ministry and you will need to make another donation to schedule again.

If you are unable to make your scheduled session, please cancel with advance notice so we can give your session time to those on the waiting list.

Session appointment times are difficult to fill without proper notice. The session donation will compensate the minister and coach for their time.

Please understand that you are in a spiritual battle during this process. Feeling sick or a strong urge to cancel your session is very common as the enemy knows the breakthrough that you are seeking. 

It is highly recommended to ask Jesus to give you strength to fight through these attacks so that you can resist the enemy and take hold of your freedom and healing.
